Sheila’s unwavering commitment to enhancing the lives of seniors and her leadership through times of growth and challenge are a testament to her extraordinary character and unparalleled expertise.

A graduate of Auburn University at Montgomery with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Sheila’s journey in healthcare was defined by her dedication and determination. Rising through roles such as Executive Director, Memory Care Specialist, National Director of Health and Wellness, and Vice President of Health and Wellness, she demonstrated her unique ability to elevate health and wellness programming while introducing groundbreaking initiatives that enriched the lives of seniors across the nation.

As a licensed assisted living administrator, Sheila excelled at both turnaround and startup ventures. Her deep knowledge of multi-state licensing and regulatory compliance enabled her to successfully launch senior living communities from the ground up, guiding them from initial groundbreaking through pre-opening and beyond. Sheila’s attention to detail and strategic vision ensured that every community she touched achieved the highest standards of care and compliance.

Sheila’s leadership shone brightest during challenging times, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. Demonstrating resilience, strategic planning, and compassion, Sheila guided her stake holders through one of the most turbulent periods in recent history. Sheila’s resourcefulness and dedication to attracting and retaining top talent created environments where residents, employees, and communities thrived.
